Bill Fisher: In-Store Buzz about Windows Phone 7 Series?

Hey, all you reps - I'm sure most of you caught the whole Windows Phone 7 Series hoopla last week, but I'm wondering if your customers also caught the buzz, and if they're starting to ask you about the new OS? And then there's the even bigger question: What's your take on selling the 6.5 phones still in store? Obviously they're still a great option for customers who need the range of capabilities that WM offers, but are you encountering people who are hesitant about buying now, and instead thinking about waiting for 7 Series devices to hit the streets?

Laura Rooke: Cell phone plans: Don't get caught in the ringer

Buying a cell phone is a bit like applying to college — at least it seems that way, given the complexity of the task, the commitment required, and the myriad of choices. When you consider all the major service providers, all the handsets they sell, and all the various iterations of service plans, there are more than 10 million possible combinations. No mere mortal could possibly decide intelligently from among all those choices.

Gator Joe: Sync outlook subfolders in 6.5

i have a Tilt 2 from AT&T and i have an exchange acct through work. i have about 10 subfolders and in 6.1 i could click menu >> tools >> manage folders  and it'd let me check each subfolder and download the mail in those folders. i cannot find this option in 6.5.

Winn75: Help -- network coverage error message

I have an issue with the Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2. I can't send outgoing emails. I have a hotmail account with the correct pop3 and smtp settings. I receive emails, have internet, can send and receive picture mails but when I try to send an email I get an error saying: "The message could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct."
