2009/12/25 00:15 Dakota (North America Support (Tech)) Hello Scott,
Thank you for contacting HTC Technical Assistance Center. I apologize for the length of time it took me to respond to your email. I understand how frustrating it can be when the sounds and notifications do not have the correct functionality on your device.
Currently Automatic Answer Option is only available when using Bluetooth. The device should automatically answer the call even when in Vibrate Mode. You can enable this feature under Voice Command on your device. Choose Options when voice command is up on your screen. Then choose to Auto Answer calls when using Bluetooth.

Thank you for contacting HTC Technical Assistance Center. I apologize for the length of time it took me to respond to your email. I understand how important it can be to utilize the services on your Verizon Imagio. I will be happy to further assist you with this inquiry.
I was able to replicate this concern on a Test Verizon Imagio here at HTC Technical Assistance Center. I was unable to get the device to connect to and use the Bluetooth services from the device. Unfortunately the device was unable to answer the call from the Imagio. I was able to utilize this feature on another Windows Mobile 6.5 device. I have gathered your information and escalated this issue. Please await a response from HTC Escalations on this concern.

Hello Scott,
I understand that the debug log tools are not working on your phone as intended.
I apologize for any inconveniences you may be experiencing. I would first like to ask that this email thread be kept proffessional.
At this time I do not know what can be causing the errors you are receiving. I am looking into what ever else I can do for you. I also want to make it clear that the debug log tools are not meant to fix your phone but to log the errors that may occur on your phone. these are then sent to our engineers who will review them and they may or may not create a fix for it. There are no guarantees.
Scott, I assure you when I find a way to fix your error that I will keep you in the loop.
