Not all e-mail is being synchronised

    Not all e-mail is being synchronised

    My HTC s730 windows mobile 6 is connected to my exchange server by the internet. After synchronising not alle email from my inbox is shown on my phone. Are there more with this problem?

     Both, that's the strange thing about it.The filter is set as retrieve everything (only headers).

    Are there any rules applied such that the email might be going to user defined folders instead of the inbox?

    How many emails do you see in your Inbox? In fact, can you provide more details about what you mean by "not all email" appear in your Inbox? Are there any differences between the emails that sync and those that don't?

     In my outlook there are 28 but on my phone there are 9 new emails.

    What are your settings in OUTLOOK regarding leaving a copy of messages on the server? - Tools, Account Settings - select More Settings, click on the Advanced tab.

     If you send yourself a couple of test emails, do they all come through?

    Scooby, if the suggestions here don't resolve your issue, I'd recommend you look at testing disabling anti-spam software that may be interacting with your Outlook/Exchange setup. We had a long thread here a while back, in which another forum member was able to trace a very similar issue on an Omnia II to a McAfee anti-spam toolbar installed in Outlook. This was despite the fac that the member was syncing with Exchange over the air - sounds crazy, but it seemed pretty clear that was the problem.

     Exchange only gives the cache option. Turnt off right now.

     Yes I did, we are using a barracuda plugin. Where researching if this could cause our problem. 

    I turned off cache. We'll see if this helpes.
